Asian Civilisation Museum

Four classes of our Primary 6 students went for to the Asian Civilisation Museum as part of their experiential learning for their cohort learning journey. The focus of this learning experience is for our students to understand the cultural and historical ties that have influence on the countries in Southeast Asia through the study of artifacts. It gives them an opportunity to explore how our cultural heritage has evolved over time, influenced by the diverse mix of cultures.

It was an informative learning journey where I learnt a lot of things through careful inspection of all the small details of artifacts being displayed in the museum. It certainly deepens my understanding on the different beliefs, cultures and heritage of the Asian people of the past.
