Our anniversary united four generations, highlighted by our alumni association gifting refurbished auditorium chairs from the historic Kim Yam Road campus. Celebrating the "I Love Nan Chiau" theme, we concluded the event with our 4th Homecoming Lunch filled with nostalgic memories.

School Anniversary Celebration – I Love Nan Chiau “我爱南侨”

Nan Chiau’s anniversary celebration brought together four generations of the school community.

The Nan Chiau Alumni Association (NCAA) refurbished chairs from the auditorium of Nan Chiau High School’s Kim Yam Road campus. A highlight of the concert was the Gifting of Artefact Ceremony, where NCAA presented these chairs to the school, commemorating this historical moment. This gesture reflected that year’s theme, I Love Nan Chiau (“我爱南侨”).

The celebration concluded with the 4th Homecoming Lunch, where alumni gathered to reconnect, share memories, and reminisce about their Nan Chiau stories together.

The 79th Anniversary celebration was a spectacular event that showcased many captivating performances which left a strong impression on the audience. I was truly honoured to serve as the English Emcee for this memorable and fun-filled occasion. This opportunity allowed me to gain valuable experience in public speaking and strengthened my confidence in presenting before a large audience.
